[To Know Mankind] The Tabernacle(holy temple) set by God refer to

the structure of Mankind.

May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Thessalonians 5:23 NIV)

If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple. (1 Corinthians 3:17 NIV)

1,Structure of Mankind:

Tabernacle(holy temple) consists of three parts which are Outer Court, Holy Place and Most Holy Place. It shows the structure of mankind also having three parts which are body, soul and spirit.

A tabernacle was set up. In its first room were the lampstand and the table with its consecrated bread; this was called the Holy Place. Behind the second curtain was a room called the Most Holy Place, which had the golden altar of incense and the gold-covered ark of the covenant. This ark contained the gold jar of manna, Aaron’s staff that had budded, and the stone tablets of covenant. Above the ark were the cherubim of the Glory, overshadowing the atonement cover. But we can-not discuss these things in detail now. (Hebrews 9:2-5 NIV)

2, Five Righteousness unto Salvation of Jesus:

We receive the true living water baptism and foot washing which are to wash from the external part of the body.We receive the Holy Communion which is eaten into the body to enter the part of soul.

We receive the Holy Spirit which is to establish the relationship with God in spirit to restore our communication with God. We pray by speaking in tongues which is to pray with Spirit. This is the most inner part of mankind which is spirit.

For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my mind is unfruitful. (1 Corinthians 14:14 NIV)

3,Ten Commandments:

The ark of the covenant is a metaphor of heart of mankind. Ten commandments are placed inside the ark of covenant which means the law is put in the heart.

“This is the covenant I will make with them after that time, says the Lord. I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds.”(Hebrews 10:16 NIV)

4,Mercy Seat(atonement cover)

The mercy seat of God is placed in the Most Holy Place which means God is in us as the king in our heart where the God's throne is set.Mercy seat(atonement cover) is put above upon the ark of the covenant inside which is the law. It means the grace of God is above the law. The mercy seat is above the ark of covenant which means we are not under the law but under grace.(Romans 6:14)

5, Angels, mankind and animals are different:

Mankind: has spirit and soul. Angels: have spirit but no soul. Animals: have soul but no spirit
